Another week came and went and some new music discoveries were caught in the stream of music that floats past me every week. Here are the ones that attracted my attention and were good enough to be remembered.
Blackened Death Metal from Canada. Fierce brutality blended with melodic and atmospheric passages. There isn’t really anything bad to say about this, except that I think the recording/mixing could have been better, but it isn’t really anything I get distracted by. I really enjoy the music and the killer vocal and even more fierce drummer![soundcloud url=”https://api.soundcloud.com/users/3612486″ params=”auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true” width=”100%” height=”450″ iframe=”true” /]

As I was listening in on an Romanian(!) radio-show last week, to hear some new tunes from Dirty Shirt (A band member tipped me off), I also heard this band and I immediately set out to find more music from these guys: Targ3t!
And now over to something completely different from California, but a genre I love just as much as Black, Death and Doom-metal. I discovered these guys by a fluke on Spotify actually, this kind of music always gets me in a good mood!
And you can never go wrong with some massive beards…

Last but not least we have Whorediezel from Hungary, the name itself pretty much gives the genre away, but for those that cannot figure it out, we are talking about Stoner Rock with psychedelic influences.[soundcloud url=”http://api.soundcloud.com/playlists/1104093″ params=”” width=” 100%” height=”450″ iframe=”true” /]
That was it! But I’m going to end this post with the new lyrics video from Dirty Shirt, a hard to describe crazy band from Romania, that I really hope will get more recognition soon, as they deserve it.
